The entire team at the Law Offices of Ronald J. Resmini, Accident & Injury Lawyers, Ltd., is excited to be working with the Rhode Islanders Sponsoring Education (RISE) organization. RISE provides mentoring and scholarships to support children with parents who have been incarcerated. By providing motivated students with the financial means to attend a private or parochial high school, RISE is designed to disrupt intergenerational cycles of poverty, addiction, and crime. To further support students who earn scholarships from RISE during their education, each student is paired with a healthy adult who acts as a mentor.

Once students are paired with mentors, the staff at RISE mediates the relationship between the children and their mentors, families, and schools. Beyond the services offered directly by RISE, their team also works to facilitate opportunities for SAT preparation, tutoring, summer programs, and Saturday enrichment activities.
