First responders transport driver to hospital after they crashed into a power pole

SEEKONK, MA – A driver suffered little to no injuries after colliding with a power pole Thursday, according to ABC 6.

First responders were called to the scene around 6 p.m. They transported the driver to an area hospital for evaluation.

In addition to the driver, a dog was in the vehicle. They are in stable condition.

SEEKONK, MA – According to WPRI, a man died following a crash at Arcade Ave and Scott Rd Monday.

The crash happened around 8 p.m. First responders pronounced the driver dead at the scene.

SEEKONK, MA – A fatal 2-vehicle collision was reported at 372 Central Ave Thursday, according to WHDH.

Shawn Nguon, 25, was driving a Nissan Altima when he collided with a Honda Accord operated by a 16-year-old around 4 a.m.

First responders pronounced Nguon dead at the scene and transported the 16-yer-old to a local children’s hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

EAST PROVIDENCE, MA – According to RIDOTNews, a car wreck blocked the right shoulder of I-195 and Rte 114 Monday.

The incident was reported to authorities at 8:32 a.m.

3 injured in multi-vehicle crash on I-95 in Attleboro

ATTLEBORO, MA – Three people were injured when four vehicles collided on I-95 in Attleboro earlier today, the Sun Chronicle reports.

The collision happened at about 8:30 a.m. Friday in the northbound lanes of the interstate, just ahead of the exit to Route 123. One of the four vehicles subsequently overturned.

All three victims were the sole occupants of their respective vehicles, and sustained only minor injuries. They were taken to Sturdy Memorial Hospital, fire officials said.

Box truck crashes into utility pole in Seekonk

SEEKONK, MA – A box truck slammed into a utility pole in Seekonk early this morning, WPRI reports.

Emergency crews were called to the scene at about 3:30 a.m. at the intersection of Newman Avenue and Central Avenue.

Footage from the scene shows the pole knocked down and the truck with serious front-end damage. The cause of the crash is unclear at this time.
