PROVIDENCE, RI – At least one lane was closed on I-95 following a rush-hour crash in downtown Providence this morning.
According to a report by Rhode Island DoT, the crash took place in the northbound lanes of the interstate near Exit 23 to RI-146.

The circumstances surrounding the crash are unclear at this time. However, traffic delays were reported in the area going back to Smith Street.
